

The Income Tax & Budget Session was organized by the Ishan Institute of Management and Technology on 28th February 2025 at the Conference Hall, Ishan Campus, starting from 11:00 am onwards. The session was designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the Union Budget 2025 and the Indian taxation system. It aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical financial awareness by explaining how budgetary policies and tax regulations impact individuals, businesses and the overall economy. The session witnessed participation from around 75 students and was highly interactive, with real-life examples and discussions making complex financial concepts easy to understand.

The session proved to be highly informative and beneficial, helping students gain a clear understanding of income tax concepts and the Union Budget 2025. It enhanced their financial literacy, analytical thinking and awareness of economic policies. Overall, the program provided practical knowledge that will support students in academic learning as well as future careers in finance, accounting and taxation.
